Brytlyt Awarded U.S. Patent for Relational JOINs Algorithm
Brytlyt are pleased to announce they have been granted a patent by the United States Patent and Trademark Office for their ground-breaking algorithm that allows efficient and effective parallel processing for JOINs on relational databases. Human genome database with REST API's
The European Bioinformatics Institute has released a beta version of its programming-language-agnostic REST API for data from Ensembl 68.
The initial release, available here, provides access to sequences, the Variant Effect Predictor, homologies, gene trees, and assembly and coordinate mapping.
